Silkyara tunnel nears completion; CM Dhami recalls 2023 rescue

Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the Silkyara Tunnel breakthrough ceremony. The 4.531 km tunnel cost Rs 853 crore. It will shorten the distance between Gangotri and Yamunotri.
