Searches launched in J&K’s Poonch after brief firefight with terrorists

Security forces initiated a large-scale combing operation in Surankote's Lasana village, Poonch district, following a brief exchange of fire with terrorists on Monday night. Additional troops have been deployed to prevent the terrorists from escaping as search operations continue. This follows the recent killing of three Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists in Kishtwar and the death of a JCO in Keri Bhattal area.Original Article
