SC says HC prima facie correct in impleading govt, ASI in Mathura row

The Supreme Court stated that the Allahabad High Court was initially correct in permitting Hindu litigants to include the Centre and the Archaeological Survey of India in the Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute.
