‘Not made cricket captain’, deputy commissioner-rank IRS officer attacks joint commissioner in UP

An IRS officer Gaurav Garg filed a police complaint in Lucknow. He alleged that Joint Commissioner Yogendra Kumar Mishra assaulted him. The assault stemmed from a three-month-old dispute.
