J&K govt staffer dismissed for drug case links

The Jammu and Kashmir government has terminated Shabir Hussain, a Jal Shakti PHE employee, following his arrest in a narcotics case. Hussain, a PHE khalasi in Poonch, was implicated in an FIR under the NDPS Act for possessing a heroin-like substance and was subsequently held in judicial custody.
