J&K BJP leader and ex-MLA Faqir Mohammad Khan shoots himself dead

BJP leader and former independent MLA Faqir Mohammad Khan from Jammu and Kashmir's Gurez died by suicide on Thursday. He was found dead inside the Tulsibagh government quarters in Srinagar. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and other officials expressed condolences. Khan, who joined the BJP in 2020, contested unsuccessfully in last year's assembly elections.Original Article
