Budget cheers for poll-bound Bihar, second year in a row

In the Union Budget, finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced several initiatives for Bihar, including the establishment of a Makhana Board, four greenfield airports, and a National Institute Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management.
