BHEL-Hitachi Energy India consortium wins Khavda-Nagpur renewable energy project

The project — to set up two high voltage direct current terminal stations — which was awarded by Power Grid Corporation of India, will facilitate the evacuation of renewable energy from Khavda in Gujarat to Nagpur in Maharashtra. Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd ended at ₹241.45, up by ₹7.05, or 3.01%, on the BSE.
