Delhi court slams CBI for ‘defiance’ & ‘veil of secrecy’ over truth

A Delhi court criticised the CBI for failing to produce crime files in a Rs 2,435 crore bank fraud case involving CG Power and Industrial Solutions and its ex-promoter Gautam Thapar.
