3 juveniles in ’02 Sabarmati Exp arson awarded 3 years’ jail term

In 2002 Godhra train burning case, a Juvenile Justice Board sentenced three men to three years in jail, 14 years after 31 others were convicted. The convicts, now 40, were 17 when the Sabarmati Express fire killed 59 kar sevaks. Two suspects were acquitted, while one died during the trial.Original Article
