3 dead, 8 hurt after gas leak at pharma firm in Maharashtra

A gas leak at a pharmaceutical company in Sangli, Maharashtra, resulted in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to eight others on Thursday night. The incident is suspected to have been caused by a reactor explosion. In a separate incident, a major fire broke out at a factory near Tarapur MIDC in Palghar district on Thursday morning.
